From selection to sales
Oenologists: Our experts keep a watchful eye on the vineyards, already ready to select only the finest vintages. Paul Sapin and the estates that supply it with wine work closely together in a spirit of true partnership.
Production: Our team works with bottling lines that use state-of-the-art technology. Our technical command allows us to work efficiently at each step in the production process.
Quality: Our specialists perform the quality inspections necessary to ensure maximum traceability of our products
R&D and Marketing: Innovation is part of our DNA. We're always on the lookout for new consumer trends in order to develop products that can make everyday life easier.
The sales team:An eight-person team of wine industry professionals — six based in France, one in Hong Kong and one in Argentina — has been set up to meet your needs.
Administration and finances: This team produces, analyses and releases financial information, administratively manages the company and participates in the budget & strategy planning processes with the aim of enhancing performance and ensuring long-term success.

An oenologist born and bred in Burgundy, he bought the company in 1996 to take advantage of the small-bottle niche, an initiative that was far ahead of its time.
Graduated from ESC Le Havre-Caen with a degree in International Sales.
In the wine industry since 1984, mainly in export-related activities.
He joined us in 2000.
Based in Hong Kong since 2010
Speaks fluent Mandarin after starting to study it in 2000 in France, Geneva and Beijing.
Oenologist/Winemaker – In Charge Of Sourcing & Partnership Development
15 years' experience (A. Rodet, Chapoutier, Gérard Bertrand, Badet Clément) before joining Paul Sapin in summer 2013.
Wineprocurement & Quality Manager
Joined Paul Sapin in 2001. Participates in sourcing and wine quality, manages imports and supplies.
Industrial Engineer specialized in quality and continuous improvement.
Master's degree in project management.
Manages the quality system and supervises the testing lab.
After spending 10 years in the dry matter procurement department, in early 2013 he took over as head of the service providers' department.
Of Dutch origin, polyglote, specialized in exporting wine since he has relocated to France in 1990. After living in different wine regions (Beaujolais / Burgundy, Alsace and then Champagne), he joined Paul Sapin in 2017.
