From a total of three in 1996, our staff has now grown to around fifty, with each member a specialist
in his or her own field. At Paul Sapin, nothing is left to chance, from selection of the wines
to their marketing, via logistics and highlighting our ranges. All the staff make a point of giving
their best because they all know that quality, ethics and respect for customers and suppliers
are the building blocks of long-term relationships.
This is also part of our new approach to wine.
