We have specialized in small bottles since 1996, and our technical facilities reflect
our ambitions. We have developed a unique bottling and packaging process,
with specific, highly efficient equipment used solely for small glass or PET bottles.

Our new technological tool facility , which is currently the only one of its kind,
was designed around the basic criteria governing the wine bottling and packaging
process; among our most important objectives, we can mention respect
for the integrity of the wine, the oxygen dissolved, and identification of all the critical
points set out in the HACCP standard.
At Paul Sapin, the bottling lines have been designed to suit the bottle formats,
with lines dedicated entirely to each type of bottling and packaging: lines dedicated
to small containers (10 cl, 187 ml and 250 ml), with a capacity of 8,000
or 16,000 bottles per hour, and another line dedicated to 37.5 cl and 75 cl bottles,
with a capacity of 6,000 bottles per hour, whether the systems uses screw caps
or traditional corks.
