Three state-of-the-art bottling lines in the heart of the Beaujolais.
Located in the heart of the Beaujolais, Paul Sapin has catered for the markets of quality wine since 1889.
That policy has pointed the company towards increasing specialisation involving the careful sourcing of quality wines and absolute respect for winemaking traditions and culture.
Unrivalled bottling conditions ensure that consumers find all the product’s original qualities.
Our lines, using state-of-the-art technology, have been custom designed for our factory and bottles.
Two of our three bottling lines were specially designed for 18.7-cl. and 25-cl. bottles.
Bottling conditions are monitored on our mono-blocks’ touch screens in real time, ensuring that they are always at the top of their performance capacities.

Flexibility and reactivity
Our production unit avoids excessively long waiting times and our storage facilities for finished products ensure that a minimum amount of your wine is always in stock.
Paul Sapin continuously adjusts its organisation and production tool to meet market requirements while enhancing the quality of its products and their conservation.
Technology in the service of traditions
Investing, organising, innovating
Paul Sapin leaves no stone unturned to preserve the fruits of a thousand-year-old tradition, sourcing wines from the best French and foreign vineyards selected for their specificity and finesse.
They reflect the know-how and inspiration of the winemakers who create them — the climax of centuries of learning and exploring to choose the best terroirs, the finest blends and the winemaking processes and cultures that allow each wine to express its characteristics to the fullest.
